Lap It Up – My 2nd Year 💦
Monday 29th SepThis is my second year swimming in Lap It Up, and I’m doing it for my son Sam and for all young people going through similar struggles.
Sam’s journey has had ups and downs—he’s doing better, but sometimes the tough episodes come back. What makes the biggest difference is knowing you’re heard, loved, and supported. That’s true for him, and for so many others finding their way.
Every lap I swim is for Sam, and for every young adult who needs to know they matter. Please cheer me on, share this, or donate if you can 💙
