How can you help
Spread the Word: Use your influence to promote Lap It Up within your school, work or social circles.
Speak at community events or work gatherings, share posts on social media, hang posters, and encourage others to participate or donate.
Recruit Participants: Get your friends, classmates, teachers or coworkers involved in registering for the event. The more participants we have, the greater our impact!
Organise Events: Plan and host mini-events like group swim sessions or relays to get your laps up and check in on your mates.
