LAP it UP 2025 October 10 Matched Giving Formal Disclosure Statement 

The LAP it UP World Mental Health Day Matched Giving Day is being conducted by Youth Live4Life Ltd ABN 82 511 418 317  to support youth mental health and suicide prevention in regional and rural Australia.

• Purpose: All funds raised will go towards delivering and expanding our programs in regional and rural communities.
• Lead Matching Donation: A total of $5,000 has been pledged as the matched giving pool.
• Source of Matching Donation: This pool has been generously provided by Josh’s Rainbow Eggs.
• Threshold: Donations will be matched dollar-for-dollar until the $5,000 matching pool is fully allocated.
• Matching Ratio: Every $1 donated will be matched with an additional $1.
• How it Works: From 8:00am Friday 10 October 2025 (World Mental Health Day), all eligible donations will be doubled until the $5,000 pool is exhausted. After this point, donations will continue to support Live4Life programs, but will not be matched.
• Exceeding the Pool: Donations beyond the $5,000 matched amount will still go directly towards Youth Live4Life.
• Donor Commitment: In the unlikely event the lead donor cannot meet their commitment, a backup matching donor has been secured to ensure the matched giving promise is honoured.
