Support my swim for youth mental health

I'm taking part in the LAP it UP swim challenge to raise awareness and funds for Live4Life’s mental health education and youth suicide prevention model.

Live4Life builds the capacity of young people to recognise, seek and offer help for mental health concerns and it also builds the capacity of the whole community to look after and support their young people.

It engages young people, school staff, parents, carers and the broader community in evidence-based mental health education.

Please support my LAP it UP swim challenge - your donation will help more young people to receive vital mental health education and will help save lives!

Thank you

Swimming for Mental Health

Saturday 6th Sep
I am going to swim 1000 laps in the month of October for mental health awareness. For me swimming has always been a big help for my own mental health and has helped me clear my head when I’m stressed, anxious and just not feeling it. Therefore, this is the perfect challenge for me and I will conquer it!
