100km for Teen Suicide Awareness 💜

We are Triple Tide 🌊 — a mum and two daughters swimming 100km this October as part of the LAP it UP challenge to raise awareness and funds for Live4Life’s youth mental health education and suicide prevention model.

Live4Life equips young people to recognise, seek, and offer help with mental health concerns, while also building the capacity of schools, parents, carers, and the wider community to support them. 💜
