Support my swim for youth mental health
I'm taking part in the LAP it UP swim challenge to raise awareness and funds for Live4Life’s mental health education and youth suicide prevention model.
Live4Life builds the capacity of young people to recognise, seek and offer help for mental health concerns and it also builds the capacity of the whole community to look after and support their young people.
It engages young people, school staff, parents, carers and the broader community in evidence-based mental health education.

Tuesday 7th Oct Felt a bit low on energy and mood today- deep in the exam study period! After a bit of a push, made it out to the pool and didn’t regret it! 190 laps down, yay! Share

Day 1
Thursday 2nd Oct Beautiful day for a swim. Aimed for 1km today, but got thinking about thinking (as you do when you’re swimming laps ) and finished with 1.5km! Youth mental health is something I really care about, so over the next month, I’ll be swimming 16km to raise awareness and increase access to support services in regional and remote areas. It’s not an easy world to grow up in at the moment…let’s do something about it. ShareThank you to my Sponsors
