Support my swim for Mental Health

After my success in Laps for Life for Youth Mental Health in March I was invited to take part in Lap it Up for anyone who has suffered with a mental illness like my Dad. I'm taking part in the LAP it UP swim challenge to raise awareness and funds for Live4Life’s mental health education and suicide prevention model.

Live4Life builds the capacity of people to recognise, seek and offer help for mental health concerns and it also builds the capacity of the whole community to look after and support their fellow people.

It also engages young people, school staff, parents, carers and the broader community in evidence-based mental health education.

This is my second time this year swimming for a cause. I know I will not raise as much money this time round but the cause to me does not change, I want to raise awareness and hit 2000 laps to show everyone that you can achieve your goals and never give up.

Please support my LAP it UP swim challenge - your donation will help more young people to receive vital mental health education and will help save lives!

Thank you
