Support my swim for youth mental health

I'm taking part in the LAP it UP swim challenge to raise awareness and funds for Live4Life’s mental health education and youth suicide prevention model.

Live4Life builds the capacity of young people to recognise, seek and offer help for mental health concerns and it also builds the capacity of the whole community to look after and support their young people.

It engages young people, school staff, parents, carers and the broader community in evidence-based mental health education.

Another stunning moment captured yesterday as my 12 yo son and pup Rosie joined in on a long afternoon in the sun sand and water. It makes it so much nicer to be raising money for a great cause and also filling our own wellbeing and mental health cups! 

Check out other images on my lap it up pgae down towards the bottom. :) Thank you once again to my amazing and generous donors. I know times are tough for most people right now so it is truly a very big gesture at any amount! 

Even Rosie dog is getting tired now!

Still going strong despite the wild weather Tassie has been copping of late! Poor little tacker is knackered after running about the sand and being lifeguard!! Thank you to my son for the photos and the support and often joining in! We prefer first thing of a morning but evidently life is getting a little too full of tasks for that a lot of the time :)

Quality time with loved ones spent in the water!!! Doesn't get much better than that!  I mean the wind going away would be superb but you can't win em all
